Ways your order reaches you
Shop delivery
The shop's own staff deliver within the distance the shop has set. Some shops deliver across Bengaluru. The delivery fee and any minimum order are shown in the app before you order.
Mintadeal partner delivery
For shops without their own riders, a Mintadeal delivery partner collects the order from the shop and brings it to you. When the rider arrives, give them the 4-digit handover code shown on your order in the app; this confirms you received it. If you chose to pay on delivery, pay the amount shown in the app.
Pickup
Order ahead and collect from the shop once it marks your order ready. You get a WhatsApp message when it is ready. Please collect it during the shop's opening hours.
Venue offers
Nothing is shipped. After you pay, your order shows a QR code. Show it at the venue within the offer's dates; it works once.
When it arrives
- Shops accept orders within 15 minutes during their opening hours.
- Most deliveries reach you the same day, often within an hour or two, depending on the shop and distance. Orders placed after a shop closes are handled when it opens.
- You can follow every step (accepted, packed, out for delivery, delivered) in the app and on WhatsApp.
Delivery charges
Delivery fees are set by the shop and shown in your cart before you pay. You never pay for a Mintadeal partner trip directly; the shop is charged for it.
If delivery fails
- If the rider cannot reach you, they will call you. If they still cannot deliver, the order goes back to the shop and we will contact you to arrange another try or a refund.
- If a delivery is badly delayed or does not arrive, contact us and we will resolve it with the shop, including a full refund where the order does not reach you.
Where we deliver
Bengaluru only. We do not ship outside the city or outside India.
