1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Mintadeal website, the customer app, the shop app or the delivery app (together, "Mintadeal"), run by Mintadeal ("we", "us"). By using Mintadeal you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Mintadeal.
2. Who can use Mintadeal
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
- You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone and codes to yourself; you are responsible for orders placed from your account.
- Mintadeal currently works in Bengaluru only.
3. Our role
Mintadeal is an online marketplace under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Independent shops ("sellers") list their own products and offers and set their own prices. When you order, your contract for the goods or service is with that shop. Some products are sold by Mintadeal itself; these are marked "Sold by Mintadeal", and for them we are the seller.
We review shops before they go live and may remove listings or shops that break these terms or the law.
4. Prices, offers and orders
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include the offer shown. Any delivery fee is shown before you place the order.
- Your order is a request to the shop. The shop accepts or declines it, normally within 15 minutes. If it declines or does not respond, the order is cancelled and any online payment is refunded in full.
- Stock and offers can change. If something is no longer available, the shop may decline the order or that item.
- Shops are responsible for the quality, safety, labelling, warranty and legality of what they sell, including any licences (such as FSSAI) their business needs.
5. Payment
- Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI PIN.
- An online payment that is not completed within 30 minutes cancels the order; nothing is charged.
- Where a shop allows it, you may pay the shop directly on delivery or pickup. That payment is between you and the shop.
- Venue offers are paid online.
6. Delivery, pickup and venue offers
How orders reach you is explained in our delivery policy. Venue offers come with a QR code that works once, within the dates shown on the offer; show it at the venue to use the offer.

8. Using Mintadeal fairly
- Do not misuse offers, place fake orders, harass shops, riders or customers, or try to break or overload the service.
- Shops must not list anything illegal, counterfeit, unsafe or restricted (for example alcohol, tobacco for minors, prescription medicines without the required process, weapons or hazardous goods).
- We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. For shops and delivery partners
Shops and delivery partners also agree to the commission, charges and payout terms shared with them when they join. Payouts are made to the bank account or UPI ID the shop provides, after deducting Mintadeal's commission and any delivery partner charges, and may be held while a dispute or refund is open.
10. Liability
We work hard to keep Mintadeal available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by a shop's goods or services, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use Mintadeal means you accept the update.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact us or our grievance officer (see Contact) so we can try to resolve the issue.
